What is wrong wtih me

Hi all, I have been posting everywhere. Feedback appreciated. For 4 months I have been getting pulsating migratory pains in my body-mainly, fingers, toes, spine, ankle. The pains can be fleeting like a few seconds or pulsate in one area for over an hour. With the onset of this I noticed continued EXTREME joint cracking and shortly after buzzing in my feet, mainly left foot that would come and go. Now for a month I have had non stop muscle twitches-all the time, daily. I feel like a popcorn machine, it even happens while I sleep.

I have had blood work, nerve testing and MRI (wout contrast) of head, mid and lower spine. All clear.

What could be wrong? I feel depressed over this and helpless.

I'm new here.  I also have unexplained/undiagnosed joint pains for 3.5 years.  Came on suddenly.  My GP nicely told me recently not to come back for this unless I get new symptoms!  Been to many doctors and had many tests.  It is such a horrible feeling not having answers.  I keep reading not to give up, but what the heck more can we do?  I have spent precious hours of my life researching this, I go to appointments prepared and they just simply say we don't know what it is.
