What symptoms could these be of?

Ever since the beginning of October, some strange things have been happening to my body, nothing very severe or anything, but certainly worth mentioning.

So far what I've experienced since the beginning of this month have been:

Slight pain in pointer finger of left hand followed by numbness and tingling that lasted for about 4 days

Tingling and numbness returns a few days later on the same arm as well as the other. Comes and goes randomly

A "tight" feeling on the back right of my neck. (Most of the time I can barely feel it's there but now I feel it more than before. I also now, I feel similar "Numb/tight" feeling on other spots of my neck as well as possibly my back) I can't accurately describe this feeling but it just feels strange.

Strange feelings of water drops on random parts of my skin despite the skin being completely dry

Strange white marks that look like healed scars or scabs (This may be from me just scratching myself as a large majority of them are on my right arm, which I scratched a lot on occasion, but they just seem odd to me) Maybe this particular issue is nothing and I'm just over analyzing my body since the other issues started but I thought it should be mentioned since it may or may not be connected.

Are these symptoms I should be concerned about? What  kind of conditions are connected with these? Before the ending of September, my body was more or less fine.

Update: The neck  feeling is slightly worse now

Update: now I'm convinced these"scars" aren't natural. I'v recently found two more of these on the front of my left leg, which I'm pretty sure I would've noticed considering the constant checking I do for these. Plus I've also would have felt some thing like that itch at least if it was normal.
