I 2 am on anxiety medication. Have weird sensations in my head only. Feel pressure at the top of my head and forehead, also feel like "leaking" fluid in my head. Been to doctors several times, diagnosed anxiety. My doctor is fab, also started to see a counsellor. Been like this 4 4 mnths seems when dont think about it it goes away and when i do its really bad. It is really hard to deal with and try and control.
I'm having the same problem can you tell me how to cope with it?
You have my sympathy I am going through this now and its hard to live every day with these sensations hang in there feels like something crawling under my skin
I am on Lorazapam, but only .25mg once a day. It's hard for me to accept taking a medication for dizziness that has a side effect of dizziness. I will take your advice on seeing a neurologist, although I saw one and had an MRI about 8 months ago. I saw one right before these symptoms started, so seeing one again might make sense.
Thank you for your comment and advice, I appreciate it.
Hi there. You need to take the help of a neurologist to help you with your anxiety related forehead sensations. he would prescribe you one of the anti anxiety medications. relief would come though not immediately but over the weeks. You must also be wary of certain associated side effects of anti anxiety drugs like drowsiness, confusion, disorientation, dizziness, impaired thinking, slow reflex actions, stomach upset, nausea, weakness and delirium. Keep me posted and take care.
