mini stroke? I’m 39 y/o female

Last night I was getting all sweaty and I started to feel like I was going to throw up and I was getting lightheaded and my mind started going blank and I got up and went to the trashcan and threw up a little bit and then I kind of passed out on the floor and within a few minutes it was over so I got back in the bed

And within 15 minutes it started happening again and I was having vertigo I didn’t know what was going on and so I got the trashcan up on the bed and threw up a little bit and then I passed out , a few minutes later I spit up and it was on the side of my mouth and I could not raise my arm to wipe the spit off. My mom came in and said my left side of my mouth was slightly drooped.

about 15 minutes later I went to get up to go to the bathroom and it started happening again when I was on the toilet and when I passed out I fell face forward and hit my head on the toilet paper rack and fell on the floor and then my family called 911 and I went to the hospital

When I was at the hospital they did a EKG and they did bloodwork and they did a chest x-ray everything came up normal and the only thing that they said my cardiac enzymes we’re good my white blood count was a little bit higher but the doctor said but that could be because I was vomiting

My blood pressure was 117/72

So my question is could it have been a mini stroke?

Also each time I.  Threw up my mouth became numb also each time I passed out I was extremely sweaty
I passed out three times in an hour
