Left hand & feet vibration, muscle twitching

Hello. About 2 months ago I started to get this feeling of "vibration" on my left hand. It was extremely annoying during the first weeks, specially during night. Now, about one week ago I got the same sensation now on my left feet too. The hand vibration isn't as bad as during the first days, but it's still uncomfortable. I noticed that these vibrations are causing my muscles to feel sore. The pain is kinda similar to that of muscle soreness after exercisin, but I haven't done it at all!
I'm also having constant muscle twitching and pain on hands and feets.

I should mention that I'm male, 19 years old and with very good health (never had these issuea before)

These pains started immediately after I had sex with a girl and started to imagine the "what if I got infected with HIV), so I was really anxious for 8 weeks until I got a negative test result, which helped somewhat.

I also have noted that the vibrations and muscle pain increase quite dramatically after drinking alcohol and stuff like red bull (I'm not a drinker, but I sometimes drink with friends on Fridays).

Please guys, help me out here. What could be causing the pain? What can I do to stop the pain? Should I be worried about a possible illness?

Thank you.

Hello. No, I didn't have an accident or an injury. The vibrations just started out of nowhere.

typically a feeling of "vibrations" is a sign that something is going on with a nerve somewhere in your spine.  have you fallen recently?  been in an accident?  get hurt playing sports?  it's most likely a pinched nerve or something alone those lines.  but you won't know until you go see your dr. and have an mri done.  in my humble opinion, that should be your next step.  good luck!  oh!  and don't blame the girl.....i really don't think she had anything to do with this!  lol!  ;)
