after 22 years of mild ms-like symptoms and negative MRI's how likely is MS?

Just wanted opinions.  I have been worried about on and off for 22 years.  Now I am getting to the point were I feel this is what it is--MS...and i just wanted hope that maybe if it has been mild for so long, it is more likely to stay this way.

Does MS ALWAYS progress?  Is it more LIKLEY (i know its not always the case), but is it more likley to remain mild if it has been this way for so long?  also, i am female, age 43, with onset of symtptoms at age 21.

My mri's of brain and spine with contrast using the best MRI machines have been normal.  I had them done way back in 1991 and then again 3 years ago.

symptoms include mostly sensory: tingling, some slight numbness here and there, burning sensations, prickling sensations.  come and go.

bladder: feeling like i have to urinate all the time.. waxes and wanes has gotten better after i had kids, 15 years ago. this was my first symptom. usually bothers me at night when laying in bed, but also other times.  Was really bad first 5 years.  now much better.

mild hearing loss.

night sweats

mild joint pain

vision - upon waking suddenly from deep sleep, my vision is weird and almost looks likfe a fuzzy tv screen.  this has happend several times, and only in the dark.  had an issue after chicken pox, years ago where vision was cloudy in eye.  never dx with optic neuritis, but dont know what tests they did back then.  they thought it was from chicken pox virus.

cramping in toes when i point them--sometimes.

thanks for taking the time to read my post.  I really appreciate it!
