It would appear unlikely that your symptoms are due to a venereal disease and would be more associated with nerve impingement probably at the lower spine level.
You should wait for the X-ray results to come out and talk to your physician about this. If X-rays were inconclusive, you could opt to undergo an MRI which would be more sensitive to finding lesions in the spine.
