alot of wierd pains

Around the end of May i had unprotected oral sex and i have never had any signs or symptoms of herpes or anything else. but at the end of october i had a pain in my right testicle that radiated to my back, leg, and buttocks. all on the right side. now the pain stays in both testicles and i have prickly feelings in my back, penis , thighs and both buttocks. i went to the emrgency room three times and had an ultrasound of my testicles that came out fine. and was tested for gohnnorea and clymdia which came out negative. my doctors told me it could be a pinched nerve and i was sent for x rays of my bladder, lower spine and kidneys. didnt get them back yet. i mentioned herpes earlier because i've heard that the prickly feelings are signs of that. but no sores or anything has shown up. could this reallly be a messed up nerve that does all of this to me?

It would appear unlikely that your symptoms are due to a venereal disease and would be more associated with nerve impingement probably at the lower spine level.
You should wait for the X-ray results to come out and talk to your physician about this. If X-rays were inconclusive, you could opt to undergo an MRI which would be more sensitive to finding lesions in the spine.
