annoying pains

i was working on a building site started to get pains down my left arm (im 23)next thing i couldnt breath (think it cud av been a panic attack) had a ecg an everythink was fine since then i get pains in my left shoulder an down my left hand an below my left rib they aint sore pains just weird tensions i would say side very annoying cant get rid of it tryed exercise wont budge the other really annoying pain is in my jaw well i get numbness feeling in my teeth whuich then goes throw my jaw an runs from one side to the other an in my left jaw it hurts the doctor said it could be anxiety but i aint worried or stressed but he insistes it is just wondere if anyone could help me ive tryed meditation yoga wont budge.But it consiss every day really worries me.

lo their ill share some info with u an hopefully it will help my writing skills aint that great but here it goes ^^,when i was on a building site i had the excact same thing pains in my left shoulder an shortness of breath for a couyple of weeks then all of a sudden couldnt breath got in a ambulance had all scans blood test everythink come back fine,but even after i got checked through i still had the same problems if not worse numbness in my jaw an teeth very scary,went to the doctors an he said it was stress an anxiety,but i didnt listen to him which led me to worry every waking moment,its annoying when ur getting told your fine an you know in yourself somethink is wrong but i wish i would have listened to him cause i started to worry to much which led to panic attacks an major anxiety.I kept on saying i aint stressed but deep inside i was so i rekon that was a major thing to the whole of this you could be having the same kinda thing i had,heres a few things i used to get aswell shooting pains down left arm,then dizziness ,teeth ache,jaw numb,loadsa tension all over my chest an arm,but i hope that helped mate.I say if you have had scans an all is fine get on with it as annoying as it couyld be an ull forget about it tis hard but go on enjoying life if doc says fine then tis fine^^.I aint a doctor so dont take my advice 100 percent but just reading your post i had to reply take care

nope just annoying pains they worry me a bit but no probs with me neck

Any problems with your neck?  A disk bulge or herniation could cause some of these symptoms.
