bad headaches like never before

i'm a 25yo female who had an epidural with my 2nd son 2 years ago and ended up with migraines for 10 days after until the doc did a blood patch. until then i had never had a migraine in my life, and i hadn't had any since, until about a week ago and now i have had 2 in the space of the week. they are unbearable and even have me throwing up because of the pain. please help!!

Epidural headaches do return sometimes after a blood patch and you may need a second patch. More than two patches are rarely needed. Please lie in bed for at least 4 hrs and avoid lifting any heavy objects for atleast 2 days after a blood patch. Please consult a neurologist for a complete examination and discuss the treatment.
