brain bleed

3 months ago i was shopping an that evening my right arm went numb i didn't think anything of it so i went to bed the next morning my whole right-side was numb an i had double-vision so i went to the E.R. were i had an ct an MRI were it showed blood in-between skull an brain ,since they have told me the diagnose is stroke ishemic an i now have cavernus hermangioma .i have been in E.R. four times since that with chest pain ,back pain an my eyes feeling heavy an a cooling sensation through chest an head slight tinging in head,last e.R. visit they ask if i felt up to going home i said no but of course they  insisted,so one hour after i was home an asleep,i awoke with a feeling of overwhelming excitement an heart pounding an flush with presperation i called my mom an we talked till i felt in control,should i have gone to E.R.??now im waiting for consultation with neurology DR.from UCLA in DEC.,they gave me norco 325mg i take half during evening or when my head feels pressure.now lower back aches,stool brite yellow,feeling nauseous

i have yet to hear from any Dr. of this special to me condition.please if you get a chance soon i would like to read a comforting or explainable message as to what would be involved an will they be using a local for this percidure,gamma
