burning and pain sensation

I am male 44 years of age. I  had a burning and pain sensation since last 3 months till now. Sometime it's feel very mild and like to be gone but it will appear again and cause pain especially on my arm, thigh and leg. I did run my blood test and thw result is as follows:-
Total rbc : 5.3M/cmm (M4.5 - 6.0)
Total wbc : 5700/cmm (4000-11000)
Polymorphs : 27% (50-70) 1539/cmm (2000 - 7500)
Lymphocytes : 66% (20-40) 3762/cmm (1000-4000)
Monocytes : 7% (2-6) 399/cmm (<1000)
Eosinophils : 0% (1-4) 0/cmm (<600)
Basophils :0% (less thab 1%) 0/cmm (<100)
RBC : occasional ovalocytes seen
Wbc : mild neutropenia and relative lymphocytosis but morphologically normal
Platelet : adequate
Platelet count 268000/cmm (150000-400000)
My doctor says it's ok but for me it is not as the burning and pain are killing me. Can someone pls tell me based on knowledge and/or experience. Tq

You need a better work up than the labs mentioned since this has lasted more than three months.

Perhaps the doctor could write a prescription for neuropathy-type pain medications until your symptoms get figured out.

The doctor should run thyroid, chemistry panel, sedimentation rates, glucose (important) and a host of others for starters.  

Good luck.  There is no reason to suffer unnecessarily.  Please make it clear to your doctor the pain is bad.
