can somone help interpret my MRI report?

Im had an mri to hopefully rule out MS. I have the report in myhands and need a little help f inserting it all out....
#1.  There is an area on my brain which states "T2 weighted sequences, there are subtle punctate subcortical (R frontal) white matter hyperintensity. There is no corresponding T1 weighted hypointensity."

#2. In the posterior fossa there is evidenceo of cerebellar atrophy

#3.  Subtle border of t2 hypointense signal in the lateral aspect of the cord from the level of T2 to T5
