Hello and hope you are doing well.

Problems related to sleeping disorders or metabolic disorders can produce symptoms of sleep problems and headaches. Sleeping disorders like narcolepsy can cause excessive sleepiness. Metabolic disorders like diabetes can cause these symptoms. So for proper evaluation you will need to consult your primary care physician who will examine you and may ask for some blood tests and a sleep study to initiate appropriate therapy.

Hope this helped and do keep us posted.
