cervical CORD myelopathy treatment

mtrs vaidya age 74 has cervical
cord compression at c4/c4/c6/ c7 ;Level treated conservatively  BY PHYSIO AND COLLAR- improved was walking with walker   from oct 2006---2008june
in june 2008 i developed bone pains stiffness in muscles
truned out to be multiple myeloma marrow  biopsy
treated with  dexamethasone and laningio latest anti m m drug
complete remisson from oct 2008 with 5 months treatment
stopped treatmenytt advice of haemmato oncologist
on 29th october   2008 suddenly she lost power of leg muscles  and hands
mri showed old cervical cord compression wedging of thorasic vertebrae at 3 --4 levels  but no compression
neurological findings r
exaggerated reflexes upper motor neurone rt more than left
babbinskis  po ve
thinking c ord odema    oedema methyl prednisolone 14 mg bd was given 5 days tapered off
she is loosing power can not sit can not stand
her immuno fliroonce studies for m m r numal how to treat this ??
can we do limited surgery decompression at this stage with M M ??
how much physio will help??
i may add here she did not fall oct 2008 why it happened so suddenly ?? cause??FOR FEW DAYS SHE DID COMPLAIN OF MUSCLE JERKS IN RT LEG STILL SHE HAS CLONUS
how to treat her??a greatnworry for us for me and mycolleagues here

jerks exagerated

power muscles rt 3 to 4

still she can not stand
fingers rt side claw shaped
tingling numbness both hands feet
hands since 2 years feet recent
how to manage this case with  remission state of myeloma
light chain
kidneys not invoved normal renal functions
there is fluctuation of muscle power and sense of well being
