C2-C3: Disc desiccation herniation. Mild asymmetric left-sided facet arthrosis
C3-C4: Disc desiccation herniation. Mild asymmetric right-sided facet arthrosis.
C4-C5: Moderate disc degeneration of disc space narrowing and ventral osteophyte formation. Posterior annular bulging indents the ventral thecal sac w/o significant central stenosis. Mild bilateral facet arthrosis.
C5-C6: Moderate disc degeneration of disc space narrowing and ventral osteophyte formation. Posterior annular bulging effaces the ventrl thecal sac and contacts the ventral cord surface producing mild central stenosis. Spurring results in moderate left and mild right foraminal encroachment.
C6-C7: Moderate disc degeneration of disc space narrowing and ventral osteophyte formation. Posterior annular bulging indents the ventral theecal sac w/o significant central stenosis.
