  Hi....do  u mean Chiari Malformation surgery?

Is ur NS a true Chiari specialist?.....it is hard to say who may need more surgery, if u have a true chiari specialist who  is well experienced, it will be less likely, but there is no way to know how ur body will respond to the surgery or the meds.....

I had one surgery in May of '09...and have so far not needed nemore, and some require more as a result of an overproduction of CSF or a leak....

   DO u have a specialist?
