Some more stuff to ask your general doctor to test, to rule out a few things that can cause that pulling sensation with your eyes:
Draw blood for diabetes and thyroid disease
Do a CAT scan to look for growths or abnormal pressure in the brain
Refer you to an ENT for infections of sinuses, ears, and nerve/muscle function of eyes
Stuff YOU can do to eliminate some common reasons for your symptoms:
Visit an opthalmologist/optometrist to check glaucoma readings or need for glasses
If you spend hours on a computer, don't sit too close and rest your eyes every hour
Other than living a healthy lifestyle that includes exercise, sleeping well, eating a variety of foods, and drinking plenty of water, that would be the sum total of my suggestions.
Hi there,
I had a similar thing back in May last year, constant feeling of lightheadedness, which is still there now and has only just been diagnosed as a problem with my inner ear on my left side. I had been to 3 doctors, 2 neurologist and a neurootologist before the neurootologist figured it out with a test which involved lots of water being pumped into one ear to promote dizziness and measuring my eye movements, from this they could see there was a difference in dizziness (eye movements) between left and right and although my hearing is fine there must some slight nerve damage to the nerves inside my inner ear which therefore sends conflicting signals to my brain about how level I am and therefore I get dizzy and spaced out! It might be worth them checking that out for you as your symptoms sound similar.
To be honest I got fed up of everyone on here saying it was anxiety, it seems to me that if you have weird symptoms people just put it down to anxiety to give your problems a label....yes I was a bit anxious as I didnt know what was wrong with me but it wasnt the cause and you know when your body is not 100%
I hope that helps a bit.

Hi,
Low concentration, thought block, confusion: are usually caused due to stress, anxiety and depression. Please visit a Psychiatrist if these are causing a disturbance in your normal functioning.
Eyef feel as if they cross: Do you get a double vision? If so, you should visit an ophthalmologist. Various problems in the eye, from imperfect vision to some kinds of tumors can cause this.
Do keep me posted
