Hi,

Hope you are feeling better.
First of all I would suggest you to get a blood sugar test done to rule out diabetes. The main symptoms of diabetes are numbness, and tingling and increased frequency of urination.
The numbness and tingling are due to diabetic peripheral neuropathy. The possibility of MS as of now is very less. But one has to keep in mind that MS is a difficult disease to diagnose.
Hope this helps!
