could it be ms?

My parters mother was diagnosed with ms @ only 19 yrs old, he was only 10, so he kindov has insight 2 the attacks but he's kinda got me worried! We have been 2getha 4 8 yrs n as long as I can recall I have had spats were my legs have just gave way on me! But recently It has been happening a lot more, now when it happens my right leg goes numb n I get pains in my lower back! I have also been suffering bad headaches! He says it sounds similar 2 his mothers! Could it possible be ms?

This could be a NUMBER of things.  Definitely would consult your physician about this.  Doesn't necessarily mean "MS."

I'm so confused I have always been in brilliant health, have made an appoint with GP! Does it sound serious?

I can't say if this is serious or not, however, it definitely should be assessed/checked by a physician because it is not normal.  

I would highly recommend an MRI of your lumbar spine in relation to your symptoms.  

As I stated this could be a number of things.  My gut feeling says this is NOT MS.  Definitely get it sorted out dear.
