Hi
When i was a diabetic I had terrible neoropathy (walked with a stoop, drugging myself up on painkillers - and lots of crying!). My diabetic consultant diagnosed me with the neuropathy and put me straight onto Gabapentin (I'm not sure if this is one of the drugs you have mentioned above). It worked like a dream and I never suffered from pain again.
Take care.

I am on lyrica also for nerve pain from fibro. I also take vicoden at night after work.  I have heard about some pain patches, but can't remember their name (fibro fog, forget things). It does sound like your doctor is doing his best. Have you seen, or is he, a rheumatologist. If not, you might see one who specialises in pain treatment. Good luck and God Bless
