dizziness/vision changes/frequent headaches

I am a 25 year old female who has been dealing with episodes of dizziness for the past few months that has been progressively getting worse. They can occur while I am sitting down watching tv or eating dinner. They last for a few seconds mostly and make you feel like you need to hold onto something because you are going to faint. ( Never did faint though) They also occur when I am out in public and make me feel very off balance and unsteady.
Along with that I have noticed vision changes that consist of a black spot sometimes with a bright light in it that will appear out of the blue and then will go away after I blinka few times. I have frequent floaters and my eyes are very sensitive to light. It sometimes seeems like light triggers my vision disturbances. I have frequent headaches. I have had several tests done so far which have been negative including MRI. I am going to neurologist next week and hope to get some answers,
I also should mention that I had a baby 9 months ago and two days after i had my baby i had an episode which consisted of my vision was completely distorted, couldnt focus on anything and had a mild headache They thought it was hormonal related migraine. I dont know if this all related or not??Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!!

I've done some on-line investigation and have come up with "Ototoxicity" as a possiblility for my own dizzyness, which is a poisoning of the ear nerves which can occur by chemicals/compounds found in over-the-counter drugs (ie: ibuprophen) and some prescriptions.  Ototoxicity can be temporary or permanent.
