eye lid twitching with movement of the mouth or jaw

I was born with my eye lid twitching with the movement of my mouth or jaw either when I am speaking or eating, laughing etc. and I  can't do anything to conceal this. I feel embarassed especially when I am with my friends, officemates and the social circle. This has caused me a lot of  inferiority complex to the extent that I want to isolate myself- when eating I choose to eat separately from my friends to avoid them noticing my eyes, and things like this.

Could this disorder be treated?. I hope you can help me.

Regards,
Gnob
