Hard Knob Type Thing at the back of Head (Center - Occipital)

Since January 2018, I am noticing that there is Hard Knob Type Thing at the back of my Head (Occipital - Center)

I have tried to press it and it is not moving and very hard like bone. The skin of over is soft (as normal).

Sometimes I feel pain (very slight in the bone in the back of head near ear.

Symptom:

1. I have headaches.
2. Dizziness or Fatigue.
3. I don't like doing anything.
4. Ringing in Ear.
5. There is no pain in the area I am having this knob.
