I have pain and aching in my face. I have neurofibromatosis. Can the pain be caused by the disease.

I have it too. The pain is on my skin of my left side face including my eyeball. The pain was gone after one day then comes back in another week or less. I just started look into this.
It sounds as though you may have NICO , I have it also, does the pain never go away and feel like a constant toothache.
