Not normal MRI for my age

I am 39 and just started having weird head sensations along with pains in my body.  Throbbing pains will pop up on my right side abdomen and right leg and chest.  They did bloodwork and it was normal.  Ultrasound of my leg and no blood clots.  MRI show white matter change for my age and no answers on what that means. I have not had a day in 3 weeks where I don't have some weird sensation in my head or a pain somewhere in my body.  My right leg is a little more swollen than my left leg.  So frustrating not knowing.
