finger twitching

I have a middle finger that twitches and my right hand had action tremors , what can be going wrong and a warm painful sensation in the hand and finger

It could be due to muscular atrophy or Ulnar nerve problem . Please consult a physician for investigations and diagnosis . Hope this helps you . Take care and regards !

My nerves seem to be going crazy too.  My right middle finger twitches sometimes then it takes several days off from twitching.  Then my left arm (on the in side near my eldow) begain to twitch also.  sometimes I think it's from playing the basss guitar because a play so hard I get blood blisters on my right index and my twicthing finger quite often.  I get restless and some anxiety at night.

If this is short term it may be relieved by rest and proper sleep. If it continues it may be due to median nerve or ulnar nerve related problem. You have to go to a neurologist for examination. Take care!
