Finally answers! I saw an excellent neurologist and he pulled all my daughters history together along with reports CT scan and gave me a firm diagnosis of Complex Partial Seizures. She has calcified scaring through the Right temoral lobe with little to no reflexes on left side of body and left sided quadrantanopisa. Because of lifelong migraine signs were masked by treatment for headaches. I feel that symptoms match and feel confident in this diagnosis...However what are the chances of EEGs still being normal?

Take care!
