I have been experiencing the same issues, I cannot life any weights during a work out. If I try my head fills like it is going to explode. I also need to stay laying on the bench for at least 60 seconds due to feeling as if I am going to faint. I am not sure what's going on, I cannot make any improvements on workouts due to the severe head pressure. During the first 10 minutes I fill dizzy, a little nausea & my head is just filled with so much pressure it fills like something is going to pop. Can anyone help?
How old are you? During the episode did you experience any of the following: double vision, dizziness, nausea, vomiting, difficulty speaking, numbness around the mouth, a tingling sensation in the limbs. While it hasn't happened again since that incident, a Transient Ischemic Attack cannot be entirely ruled out, especially if you have experienced any of the symptoms mentioned above. If you are concerned that this might be serious, it might be advisable to consult a physician so that further work-ups can be done to rule out TIA or any other disease that may have caused the incident.
