head twitched back hard while sleeping

So..... last night i woke up from sleeping at 1:00 am.Nothing new to me.i'm always waking up.Well i was laying there trying to go back to sleep, and my head jerked back once. my husband goes " what the heck was that"? i said " you see that" ? he goes " no but the bed shook".. my head jerked so bad , that i had to take a Tylenol. i had instant pain in my neck and a headache from it. i know my head Flopped back HARD. i don't know if it was a seizure or is it normal body jerking ? has this happened to anyone before ? my pillows are propped up at night. i have no clue what that was all about but it was scary as heck.my friends mother just passed away and she saw me posting about it on facebook and wrote this :  Amy.  You need to get that checked out.  My mother starting jerking.  She never got a ct scan.  She died of s brain Anerisym.  Please go to the doctor.  Same symptom.  Please Demand a head ct with contrast.
