help ive falen&cant get up!

hi!I fell on the sidewalk on Monday Oct13 while walking my sons dog!(She pulled me over trying to get to anoher dog&I lost my balace)I did have on my "no slip or fall shoes)!Anyway I went to the E.R,&was checked(I fell face down injuring the right side )my knee hip and wrist and the muscle that goes on top of arm.The Xrays showed nothing broken,But now I have alot of pain when moving my wrist The along side of my wrist.I cant open water bottles either(to twist the cap) I did read that on mydischarge papers that I did have a acute fracture through the right radial head &neck with displacement of fat pads. Is there a treatment for that and also,should I go to the ER again or see my Dr?The pain is terrible!!! thank you..hope to hear back soon!HELP!!!

thank you answering my question since I posted I had to to an urgency clinic &the Doctor ut a splint on my arm and alsowants me to see anorthopedic surgeon.(I am waitig for the referral)Iam still in alot of pain(I was given Tramadol for pain)Iam hoping I can get help soon.Take care.Bye

This is really strange! If you have a fracture then you need a cast. If you did not get a cast then please go to the ER again for it. If there is strain or tendon injury then also you will need sling and wrist braces along with pain killers. In both cases physiotherapy will be started once the healing in complete. Take care!
