i cannot diognise.plzzzzzzz help

Iam varsha.i am just 24 years old.i have a problem which no doctors have diognised still.i.e in my neck n head nerves will contract like anything n it will get twisted by which l get lot of headache and neckache and bcoz of tis i have lost grip of holding small things.my fingers will keep on tingling n smtimes it will suddenly start burning.and it pains a lot.and smtimes in the morning when i get up my hands will be like a stone i.e no blood circulation will be tere in my hand.and nw daily am getting heart pain also.no body has told me which problem exactly it is.and m worried a lot by tis.i dont know whether its neurological problem or problem related to heart.can anyone tell me wat it is exactly.plz help me

Hi,
The symptoms could be of a Neurovascular problem. There could be a problem with blood circulation as well as nerves.You may be anaemic. Have you had any diagnostic tests? Please go for Blood work, ECG,  Holter’s test, MRI of the spine, back and legs. Please go for EMG and nerve conduction studies. Muscle stiffness may be due to nerve problem as well. Please consult a cardiologist and neurologist for diagnosis and management. Hope this helps you.  Take care and regards!

thanks for the reply.but i want to know more about this.what is this neurovascular problem is.bcoz my problem day by day its killing me.i have just undergone MRI SCAN of my head.and i have not undergone any other tests.bcoz no doctor suggested me nor they told me wat problem i am going through.so i dont know wat exactly to do.so plzzzzz guide me.waiting for urs replay.
