Hi,

It is important for you to sleep before the exam - also from next time you could be more prepared and also try some breathing exercises and yoga so that you do not need any medications.

Let us know about how your exams go and if you need any other help.

Regards.

i will try alprazolam instead of beta blocker

i wish i can sleep normally without medications , but i rather take some instead of going the exam without sleep!

Hi,

All of us (doctors) have been through this, so i completely identify what you must be going through.

You could be having these symptoms due to stress, anxiety and exam related tension. You should try and eat well, take vitamin and mineral supplements, try to sleep well. Try some breathing exercises and meditation.

You could take beta blockers, but only occasionally as you would well know the side effects they can cause. You could also take half a table of alprazolam just before you sleep.

But it would be best to relax, calm down, talk to friends and family to help with your anxiety and eat well and sleep well.

Good luck for your exams!
