HI Ambster,
How are you feeling?
The most common causes of headaches are migraine, increased intracranial pressure, and psychogenic factors or stress.
Are there any other associated symptoms present apart from headache like vomiting, blurring of vision etc?
I feel you might have migraine.
I feel it is worth getting a neuro opinion and a scan done.
Scan to compare for size of cyst now and then.
Hope this helps you.
Keep me informed.
Bye.

Hi, can you be more clear about the cyst, who has said you about cyst? were you been examined by neurophysician or has CT or MRI of brain been done anytime. how is you overall health and do you have any family history of such cyst. Presently what are you doing.
Bye.
Hi,
How old are you?
Can you tell me in which area is the cyst and what age was it first diagnosed?
What was the size then and what is the size now?
Have you done any imaging study for cyst recently?
Patients usually are asymptomatic even if the cyst is quite large. MRI is the diagnostic procedure of choice.
Any signs suggestive of raised intra-cranial tension like vomiting, headache, visual disturbances, irritability should alert you to visit a neurologist at earliest.

Fully Endoscopic Resection of Intracranial Symptomatic Cysts can be performed. Other operative procedures for treatment of cysts include stereotactic cyst aspiration, cysto-cisternostomy and ventriculocystostomy.
Ventriculo-peritoneal shunt is another option for treatment.
Any signs suggestive of raised intra-cranial tension like vomiting, headache, visual disturbances, irritability should alert you to visit a neurologist at earliest to check for functioning of shunt.
Hope this helps.
