Headache Please can anyone relate to this?

Hello, started having unusual top of head headaches that would not go away with any medication 2 years ago, then ear pain right side deep in ear felt like someone was drilling a hole one inch into ear canal straight down, sometimes accompanied by headache, now am having bad headaches right side of head felt most of the time in a quarter size patch deep inside my head on the top right side of my head, had insomnia last night and developed headache around 3 am relief came only after I had taken 4 norco 5/325, 2 at a time space four hours apart, now headache is still present but the pain is lessened, feel slightly sick to my stomach and hot even though my apt is very cool, My earache is gone for the present time. Had a ct scan with contrast which showed a trigeminal artery abnormality on the right side and no other issues. pcp had prescribed norco for ear pain until i could see an ent, ent  recommend mri as there is nothing wrong with my ears. I have not slept all night behind the pain and currently do not feel sleepy. What could this pain possibly be? Is any one experiencing anything similar?

Thank you so much for your reply! I wasn't expecting trigeminal neuralgia because everything I read describes excruciating sharp pain that comes and goes, my pain is not like that....it is always there just in varying degrees of severity along with neck  pain and stiffness could trigeminal neuralgia present like that? its good to hear from a physician on this thank you so much,

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi!
I am sorry to hear about your medical problems.  In all probability, you are suffering from trigeminal neuralgia. For medical treatment of trigeminal neuralgia several types of drugs are tried either singly or in combination. These are anti-epilepsy drugs such as valproate, carbamazepine, lamotrigine, phenytoin, gabapentin, and pregabalin; muscle relaxants such as clonazepam and baclofen; tricyclic antidepressants such as carbamazepine, amitriptyline, and nortriptyline. The other option is surgery: Stereotactic radiosurgery, cutting or destroying part of nerve or removing blood vessel or tumor pressing it. If there is a tumor or blood vessel causing the symptoms then medical treatment will not help.
Please consult your doctor regarding this. Hope this helps. Take care!
