lower back

I've had three back surgeries,the third I had six pedicle screws put in and a fusion done.Still having problems.At the pain management clinic that I go to,the dr. there says that my MRI shows that I have some bone loss and asked if I considered having the screws removed.My right hip feels like I've had surgery on it,I still get some leg pain.Mornings are bad for me,I don't sleep well at all.Is it a good ideal to remove the screws,is that surgery less invasive?Trying to figure out what should I do.
