You have to go for lifestyle changes. Wear proper footwear, high heelsHeel pain Retrocalcaneal bursitis are a no no.
You position while sleeping, sitting, working, sleeping should be ergonomically proper.
You have to do some back exercises and strengthen back muscles, avoid lifting of weights and take some pain killers interminttently.
If all of this do not work you have to visit an Orthopaedician.
