lumbar sacral spine

i have been diagnosed with mild diffuse annular bulging at L4/5 and L5/S1 levels, minor bilateral facet joint degenerative change and lateral recess stenosis at L4/5 and L5/S1, can any one explain what is this?? and will this pain  last forever. i'm 24 year old female and i'm worried if this will get bad... as i age.. :(   Is there any recommended treatment options available for me

To: priyajude,
You have to go for lifestyle changes. Wear proper footwear, high heels are a no no.
You position while sleeping, sitting, working, sleeping should be ergonomically proper.
You have to do some back exercises and strengthen back muscles, avoid lifting of weights and take some pain killers interminttently.
If all of this do not work you have to visit an Orthopaedician.
