lump in back of head

I found 2 small lumps on the back of my head, in the soft grooves in the back of the neck. one has gone away, the other is still there, it doesn't hurt, but has like a swollen line going up to the back of my head, thats where it hurts. it is sore and has a burning feeling.i have had only one headache and i have noticed my vision is worse. i noticed this about 3 weeks ago after taking my kids to the county fair, which they talked me into riding some rides which i haven't done in 20 years. this is starting to scare me, but i haven't been to a dr. yet. any advice would help releave some of my worries.
