same thing here I was on 3000 mg of keppra/day and kept haveing 25-30 partial seizures a month and every 3 months I would have a short term memory loss, I would feel funny then confused i would ask my wife questions and we would realize i could not remember anything short term like the entire morning or previous evening.  My doc put me on vimpat 200mg twice a day 3 months ago and the seizure are less about 10-15 a month but yesterday I had a memory loss episode, so the seizures are less but the memory loss comes at the same frequency

Wow, no seizures since march? I'M JEALOUS!  I was on keppra 1500 mg/per day plus anther prescription a few years ago.  I've talked to a few people who deal with memory problems no matter what kind of anticonvulsant/seizure medicine they are on. Good luck to you and take care.
