ms symptoms at 41

Hi, I have been experiencing tingling, fiscics, and severe cramping in my lower legs and feet. This has been going on intermittently and gradually getting worse over the past 2-3 years. About 1 week ago, the left side of my face became numb, although, not to the touch, it just felt like it became very heavy and tingly (the whole left side from temple down to chin). I have also been having on and off numbness down the shin of my left leg, and weakness in left arm -- which I simply put down to using it less. I also experience fatigue but put it down to anxiety lately. My MRI came up clear about 2 years ago, now I'm waiting upon results for one I had recently - with contrast. If I didn't have an identical twin sister with MS, and a birth mum with MS, I wouldn't be worried. But when I try to be objective about these symptoms-- particularly the fisciculations and severe cramping (spasticity), I start to feel concerned. My twin was diagnosed in our early 20's. Now we are 41 and I have been MS free so far. My questions; statistically, what are the chances of the discordant twin developing MS 20 years after her twins diagnosis? Before you tell me my symptoms are anxiety related, put yourself in my position given my symptoms and tell me what you would think about the symptoms? If the MRI comes back clear and the fact that I have passed the clinical evaluation, should I put it to rest given my genetics and symptoms? I would like to know what these symptoms are if it's not MS. Thank you for your time. If you are interested in asking me any questions about my early environment concerning twin studies, I would be happy to answer.

i have all of  your symptoms and more, and have now for 7 months, i have started to think possibly MS as all my symptoms fit, i have seen 2 doctors who have said different things, today being that i must have anxiety, my response was can anxiety bring on muscle spasms and numbness and tingling. he responded no, so therefore i said there must be something going on, and of course i am anxious as i am getting scared because these things arnt normal for me. its so frustrating, i wish you well in finding some answers as i'm finding it very difficult

I forgot to add, that I also have a diagnosis of epilepsy which has subsequently gone into remission. I am only taking 25mg of seroquel at night. I take Vitamin D tablets daily, but also ride my bike everywhere (west coast of Australia has a lot of sun!).
