muscle twitching, stiff neck, tingeling , tachycardia

I am 24 male in good shape.3 weeks after I got a esi in low back for low back pain. I started feeling ill. stiff neck , pain in the back of head, muscle twitches, blurred vision, some times tachycardia, fitigue, brain fog ,shaky hands and also tingeling of hands, arms sometimes feet feels like there asleep. Have had lots of blood work done. mri of head and neck all are normal. This has been going on for 3 months now. Could this be a nero problem? Any opinions ? suggestions?  also the doctors I have seen say this has nothing to do with the cortizone back injection.

Hi,

How are you?

The complications of an ESI are infection, hematoma, nerve injury, and steroidal side effects.
Since you received the ESI in the lower back it is very unlikely that your symptoms like stiff neck, muscle twitches and tingling in the upper extremity could be caused by ESI itself.
These symptoms indicate a nerve compression in the cervical region. I would suggest you to seek the opinion of a neurologist on this. Take care!
