Thanks to Dr. A Srivastava. I saw so many people they are suffering from different-different kinds of body pains, but they actually could not follow the rules to reduce the pain, and I completely agreed with Dr. Srivastava if you want to fit your body then you have to take some proper supplements food to avoid that kind of pains.

Hi, Thank you fir your question. Generalized body cramps are common in salt imbalance, circulatory problems, with certain medications, excessive cold temperature, whilst you are relaxed or resting, during or after exercise, or after sitting in an uncomfortable position. Most of the times, they are not related to any underlying disorder but needs checking out with a doctor to assess that your leg circulation and nerve supply are working appropriately. Meanwhile, I would suggest eat a diet rich in fruit and vegetables, vitamin E & zinc supplement, drink at least eight glasses of water in a day and avoid smoking. Hope this helps.

This could be a multitude of problems.  Sounds like a case where you shouldn't wait on a dr's appt.  Go to the ER.  Some things can be fixed or minimized the sooner you find out what they are.  Not a dr here, but I think this is some sound advise.

I am a 57 year old female,  i have esrd (end stage renal disease), fybromyalgia, diabetes and hypertension.  I have had these same symptoms lately.  I have fallen down twice.  My hands and arms are jerking like crazy.  It is very difficult to type this message.  I can't see the dr. until Friday the 18th.  Today it was horrible.  I called the EMS and they said it was probably my fybromyalgia,  That was the first I HEARD OF THAT. I MEAN IT IS SEVERE, I didn;t go to the emergency.  Thankfully i slept most of the day.   I have also been told my potassium is very high.  I get up to walk, my legs just give out and I FALL,  THE WROST IS THIS CONSTANT JERKING OF MY ARMS AND HANDS,
