my MRI image finding

Hello.

i did MRI images recently.

I can not write all points in the report. so im going to just write the abnormalities that appear in MRI .

Every thing is normal exept these points:

- the sella turcica is ballooned with CSF signal by virtue of downwards herniation of supraseller cistern through diaphragma sella defect. consequent identation of the superior surface of the pituitary gland and posterior displacement of the infundibular stalk. normal signal intensity and homogenous enhancement of the pituitary gland. no supra nor paraseller masses. pineal region is normal.

- No evidence of dural sinus thrombosis hyperintense mucosal thickening of left sphenoid sinus compartment.


Impression:
Emty sella
Left sphenoid sinusitis
