nausea, fever, dizziness, shaking arm

For 1 1/2 months i Have been ill, starting with nasea and fevers from 100 to 102, and some dizziness, headaches, shaking right arm.  I have had tons of blood work done all coming back negative and normal.  Now My dizziness is worsening i feel like i am "drunk " at times and no i did not drink anythign or taken any new meds.  I can compare it to when i was giving birth years ago when i got a demerol shot the room just spun that is how i feel at times.  My vision is off, i feel i have to grab onto things so i dont fall over.  My right arm was shaking and now both are shaking.  It is getting so frustrating i am trying to work i am so tired all the time and i am not beign able to be the mom i want to be If anybody knows of anything I would love some help.

I would ask your doctor for an MRI of your head.  If there is anything neurologically going on, that should tell you.  Blood tests will tell you very little about neuro problems.
