Hi,

Yes please get a MRI of spine both upper and lower. You could be suffering from disc prolapse or herniation. Please get it done as soon as you can.

Hi,
I think you should get MR Angio of brain and MRI of spinal cord.
Severe pain in spinal cord and neck suggests some disc pathology.
Keep me informed about the results of scan.
Have you consulted an orthopaedician for your neck pain and whole body spinal pain?
Hope this helps.
Bye.
