numb arms

I have a seizure disorder and today both of my arms feel like they have pins and needles in them. They both feel numb. what could this be related to?

Hi.

Do you know what kind of seizure disorder you have? How long have you had it?

Your symptoms of arm paresthesias may or may not be related to the seizure disorder. If the seizure arose from the somatosensory cortex, there is a possibility that paresthesias can occur.  However, paresthesias can also be caused by other disorders.

You should consult a neurologist if you are concerned about this symptom.

Hello.

What medicine are you taking for the seizures ? There are a certain anti-convulsant drugs having tingling numbness as side effects. Do you have some incoordination problem as well ?
