numbness in index finger
I have numbness in the inside top half on my left index finger. I was moving some boxes and got a sharp pain like when you hit your funny bone, but the numbness came and has not gone away. went to my doc and he said there was not much he could do about it, sugested a couple of pin pricking nerve test but thought it would go away on its own. is this true? also ruled out c.t. because of the index finger and not middle and ring finger numbness. what could be causing this? from time to time I get a dull pain in it as well.  thanks   Chicago0411
