I’m afraid I have Scleroderma I have this dry skin crackle skin around my middle finger on my right hand and this numbing feeling in that finger like novocain hasn’t wore all the way off its been like this for a week now finger feels tight, numbing feeling and fat to bend although it is not swollen. This is what I did a fews days before this set in with my finger. I was getting my fishing up in a game called War to Warcraft and had to do a lot of mouse clicking with that finger and my hand is not level with mac so pressure on wrist and stretch finger to keep clicking that finger and kept going numb those two days but I could shake finger to normal the two days of excessive mouse clicking I did all that mouse clicking anyways I got to level 800 in fishing on the 17 of NOV and about 3 days later on the 20 to 21 of Nov this non stop numbness sensation like novocain has not worn off all the way started in my middle finger on my right hand, feels fat, tight and numbing sensation since Nov 21 and still is today. Could that excessive clicking the mouse be the cause of just coincidence. My Mac and desk table or not even with my hand or wrist so pressure was on wrist and middle finger. My mac is on the side of my body so have to turn my head to side to use the mac and constant looking up. But after googling everything and the dry patch of thicken skin on the side like you know when you was a kid holding a pencil the dry skin is on that part of the finger. But anyways my middle finger is still feeling tight, numbness sensation which as me scared to death and has been like this now for 5 day. The finger is not deformed in any way at least not yet and I can move it making a fist just feels like all middle finger like stretching skin and numbness feeling when I do and with touching it it has that feeling like your novocain had almost worn off but not all the way. Do you think this is indeed Scleroderma and if so how long will I have to live I am SCARED TO DEATH! I am 59 year old female.
