Sometimes the whole right side of my body goes numb. what is the cause or problem

There can be many causes of one sided body numbness like peripheral neuropathy due to diabetes, B12 deficiency, anxiety, stress, nerve compression due to disc herniation or prolapse, peripheral vascular disease, migraine, stroke, brain tumor, MS and other demyelinatimg diseases.
Please undergo a complete neurological examination as soon as possible. Take care!
