Hello dear and welcome to the medhelp forum. Injury of obturator nerve can occur during pelvic trauma and entrapment can occur during surgery, if you are an athlete or wrong positioning of leg. There is difficulty in walking, pain during exercise and groin pain. It may radiate down the medial portion of thigh until knee. If you have an injury, I suggest you consult an orthopaedician. Therapy is multi pronged, including stretching and massage and electrical stimulation in nerve entrapment. You can repost with more elaboration for further discussion. Take care.
