pain in neck and pain in head

i think i have a pinched nervre in my neck. but also have a pain in my head around my ear it comes and goes, any advise

Hi, pain around ear could be due to muscle spasm, occipital neuralgia, middle ear effusion or simpy tension headache.

Try some topical counterirritants or anti inflammatory gels.
